Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga specialists 

About our Mind & Body Awareness Days

Description of Course

 

You will learn about the benefits of mindfulness and how to observe your thoughts and feelings, understanding your emotions and making choices on how to respond.

 

We run a variety of mindfulness sessions, most of our meditations are seated or lying but expect some gentle mindful movement. We also include some optional Hatha Yoga, this is a good beginner’s yoga which is strengthening and relaxing, this ancient practice helps to calm the mind.

 

We restrict the day to 12 places and all participants will receive a personalized guided meditation to take home for ongoing practice and support.

Our teachers are accredited practitioners/teachers of mindfulness, meditation and Yoga.

What you will need

 

wellbeingmind will provide you with everything you need on the day including regular refreshments, a lovely healthy lunch and afternoon tea and cakes.

You should wear comfortable clothing, something suitable for light Yoga (you will have time to change before Yoga, If you wish)

The course runs from 10am to 4pm, further details will be sent after booking.

 

If you suffer from asthma, please ensure you bring your inhaler as we will be engaging in deep breathing and focusing on the breath.

Please let us know in advance if you suffer from any food allergies, intolerance or have any other special requirements that we need to take into account.
