She teaches the simplicity of this ancient practice to bring the benefits of mindfulness to everyone in their everyday lives
Hannah has been practicing mindfulness for over 6 years. In January 2019 she qualified as a teacher with the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation at St Johns College Oxford
She teaches the ability to care for ourselves with loving kindness, improving our relationships with ourselves and with others
Julie is our Yoga teacher she teaches breath awareness, and introduces us to stretching and strengthening posture work, culminating in a breathing practice followed by relaxation.
