Our Mind & Body Day Retreat is the perfect introduction to mindfulness and yoga. We restrict our places to 12 clients to ensure you benefit from a personalised experience
The retreat offers a variety of meditation practices including seated, lying, mindful movement and Hatha yoga, this is a blend of the best practices whether you are brand new to mindfulness or practice regularly.
